This annual Contest is in its 5th year. It is conducted by AMPS, (ASSOCIATION OF MALAYALEE PROFESSIONALS) an association committed to the promotion of social activities among Indian community, especially Children.
This Video is taken by me in my simple Nikon camera and shows the quizmaster, a famous personality among Indians, Mr PGR Nair conducting the finals of the quiz contest on 6th of November 2009.- an excting round of 'sound track' quiz with sound of excitement by stuent audience and elders
97 teams (300 children) from schools in Jubail, Dammam, and Riyadh participated this year. The 8 finalists (4 of them won by grls team) were selected by a wrtten test. The full contest lasted 8 hours including lunch break.
