Mike Tyson Training on the Heavy Bag

When hits are high power the bag does not move very much but you will see there is a very deep dent made into the bag by his punches. Its like the damage is being sent deep inside rather than pushing the bag. Youll see the same in Muay Thai. Super strong kickers make a really deep slap on the bag and youll see a perfect and deep dent of their shin on the heavy bag. Same with punching, but deep dent from the fist. The noise is what gives it away, it sounds like a bullet when he punches the bag.

Man what a beast!! he was like a pit bull, short, stocky, extrodinary drive, speed, athletic ability, reflexes and power! Nobody had all of these characteristice this well put together. Some may have some traits better than tyson, but then they lack in everything else, no one was this well rounded!

he is mega explosive, im sure their are boxers with a better single right hand,,, but they are slow and cant fight as good as mike... mike can hit 5 times when a avergae boxer hits once
