    You CAN eat Spanish mackerel -- they are delicious. They can be fileted or cooked whole. You can bake, broil or smoke them. They ARE oily but the oil is good for you -- high in omega 3 fatty acids.

    yes you can eat them -- they are delicious. Can be fileted or cooked whole, then broiled, baked or smoked. They ARE oily but the oil is very good for you - omega 3 fatty acids - and I think it's delicious.
