I have an APS 50/50 By Pass valve but thats only because I went with a bigger turbo. Which BOV is "better" or the "best" is 100% opinion....some people will say brand x is GREAT while others say brand x leaks...you shouldnt really go with a 100% atmospheric BOV especially when these cars come with a recirculating valve. Just my .02!!!

It's still stock mostly except the catback system, and a slightly higher boost.

I actually just went into my shop and found a recirc. fitting I pulled off and Jetta. So as of a half hour ago it is now a recirc. HKS SSQV. Still open to any recommendations for a new one if you have any.

I talked to a STi specialist that said it runs rich for a split second during shifting with a Atmospheric BOV and it can be tuned out with ECU tuning to run it safely. Also dealerships sell atmospheric BOVs and almost any racing STi I've seen have had partial to full atmospheric BOVs. But if you want to recommend a recirc. valve with a good design as far as preventing boost leak, make a suggestion cause I'm actually thinking about changing it.

Atmospheric BOVs hurt our cars!!! take it off before you mess it up please! BOV are for ricers anyways...our cars arent ricers! Get a honda instead
