To combine all the download parts, use the OPEN SOURCE 7-zip! Winrar has problems with this, and can corrupt the parts. There might be a "No CD Fix" exe file supplied by the download. Don't use that one. Use the one I tested myself below. Use WinCDEmu (I tested it myself. No problems) to run the ISO(WinCDEmu is open source also. BTW, I am a Open Source fan!). To extract the files from the ISO, use UltraISO (it is not open source, but it is popular and it works).
