Fundental question:
If CO2 and it's GHG gases where really the driver for how much heat was in the air as well as wind,weather and climate, then wouldn't there just be 2 tempatures on earth?
The side that faces the sun, and the side that doesn't?
Problem here is there is a confusion between thermal heat and IR rays which are 2 different things.
IR rays are emmited by a thermally heated body, but is not "Heat" nor does it cause something to "Heat"up

Well if you mean via GHG effect and CO2 driven wind,weather,and climate then yes
If you mean by taking tempature measurements from around the world and then averaging the tempature then it depends on which hemisphere, hnow many stations,and the margin of error
Using statistics the Hemispherical margin of error is 10f degrees while on the global scale it's plus or minus 20f.
This means the 10f degrees cooler in HAwaii and 10f degres hotter in the Sarara is normal
