    i never heard a marine compare himself with ARMY infantry. In my experience a marine always compares the corps with the Army organization.
    Which I think is very ignorant.

    Maybe. In my experience it usually starts with a Marine saying this and that about Army Infantry, and a soldier will pull the Ranger card. My point being that the only comparison should be 0311 vs 11B, not 0311 vs Ranger.
