I'd checked up on the legend before seeing it for the first time, and I was wondering during the whole film if they were going to have Isolde die, too, or not. A selfish part of me kind of wanted them to go along with the legend because of what she did (albeit accidentally) to Marke.

Yep, that's the song! I absolutely adore that movie, and the song had been stuck in my head for a while when I'd finally gotten around to making a T&I video. :) I love it!

This movie was based on an old irish legend,at the end when tristan dies isolde is supposed to die by his side from a broken heart, in their rememberence two willow trees were planted on either side of the river were they grew together over the river,then all of a sudden the trees and the river were lost in history,so nobody knows wether the story is true or not.xxxxxx
