Haifa doesn't have fake lips and "fake everything." Yes, she changed her nose, but no other facial features.
Don't believe those phony videos claiming that her beauty was created by plastic surgery.
Alas, most Lebanese singers have had "some work done" -- sometimes with poor results. Plastic surgery is over-rated. It cannot create beauty.
