Look at the population statistics based on religion in Pakistan from 1947 to 2007; you would know how peaceful that country is and why your dream is just a dream.

I totally agree with u all.Why we can't get united all three countries --India,Bangladesh and Pakistan.Wouldn't be nice--to become a peaceful great nation on the earth.

I wish India & Pakistan would unite, but it just will not happen. we should learn lessons from the past and not try to alter it. It was either partition or civil war. In the end politicians got their way, rather than Hindu, Muslim and Sikhs who had lived together for hundreds of years. Over a million people died during the partition. Both sides committed killings, no one's an angel. My roommate is Pakistani and there's nothing different about us.

The Split was because of GREED by Ali Jhina. An Hindus did Not want no more blood shed so they agreed. Its a pity that a dictator is ruling pakistan, i wish they would get a taste of democratic Pakistan. Only a taste and they will kill for freedom.

Before they would have made it one country, they would have made sure India became an Islamic state. Since that wasn't possible, they split. Whatever, peace to India and Pakistan.

i wonder why the 2 countrys splitted. it was like getting a divorse between the parents of other smaller countries.

i wish they could just rejoin and share Kashmir together if that is the case.
