If you palm strike a guy in the groin you should instantly follow up the attack by grabbing his balls & squeezing hard.

If you were to palm strike the groin then withdraw your hand it may not be enough to incapacitate the man.

With that said you are better off simply using your knee. A knee to the groin has far more force then a palm strike would.

My advise... You bash someone with all your might in the solar plexus/abdominal area, which will cause the person to bend forward involuntarily for a moment. This gives you the chance to smash your forearm across the side of their neck, stimulating the vagus nerve, causing a loss of consciousness. Two hits, you win, walk away. But you MUST attack with ALL your might. Step into it and smash through the enemy. The stuff she is teaching wont end the fight..

Wrong. I'm a man and I've been hit in the balls with a palm and even with a fist. It hurts but not enough to incapacitate. You won't stop an attacker by strikgin his/her groin with your palm. That's bullshit and these tips delude people.
