Khilafah is the Ruler, Protector and Leader of Muslims.
Not as Bush claims, that only radicals want khilafah, every mainstream muslim wants khilafah, because the prophet is mentioned to have said: those who don't elect a khilafah before the death of a present khilafah, he died the death of a dhahiliyya(ignorant)
so it is necessary for muslims to have a Leader, just as the christians have a Pope(but khilafa would have absolute military and religious authority) With Allah's Will!
