Good trailer but i still think the other one would have been better as cinematic not to say this one is bad, far from it, just think the other one would work better

anyone else c the similarity beetween arthas the lich king and the witch king from the lord of the rings there armer is almost identicle they both have giant dragens and there names rime

WLK is gonna make it a lot like Pre-BC because the drops from the new naxxramas look like the old ones.

I think it would be cool if Kil'jaeden somehow revived Sargeras' spirit into a physical form and khadgar or someone opened a portal to where he was and we had to go kill them. Or maybe some portal to the elemental plane could open and all Azeroth's natives could return. So many possibilities.

I'm sorry but i just watched a WAR cinematic to see what all the fuss was about and it looks really really gay. Wow looks like a much better game.

First off, VerySeriousUser, that comment was not aimed at you but most peoples beliefs between WotLK and the WAR cinematics. Secondly, Blizzard puts aton of work into the cinematics which is ONE of the reasons why they profit so much. The cinematic was beautiful and the detail shows how much Blizzard cares. They are the most detailed graphics in the world. And sence we are bragging about how many years we have been playing, I personally have been playing sence the first closed beta. Stand Down.

I've played wow for years. I didn't say you need fighting "and all". I know it's one of the most important guys in the warcraft lore. Why does it have to be innovative? WoW's cinematic isn't innovative. I said it tells me they don't care enough [for me to be interested, which Mythic does]. I'm really not all about the graphics. Because I say another cinematic is superior to this I have to care all about graphics?

ok stupid suckass, i bet you know nothing about Warcraft. like Jessegyr said, you dont have yo make fighting and all. This video is mostly dedicated to the fans, showing one of the most important chars of Warcraft. Its true that we can expect more battles, but its not always like that. Honestly, WAR video its cool and all, but its not inovative, even if the graphics are amazing. So stop saying Blizzard dont care. they care about their players and fans. you just care about graphics ^^

WAR's cinematic is über alles. Why did you say "just because the cinematic looks decent for WAR doesnt mean it will last." ? It has nothing to do with my post. The fact that Blizzard doesn't even make decent cinematics for their new games tells me they don't care enough about the quality of their products. Just as their ridiculous attempt to create PvP in WoW.

Blizzard doesnt need to make a epic movie with fighting each time they make a game. They know they are good with 10 million plus players. WAR has everything to prove. This is their first game, but just because the cinematic looks decent for WAR doesnt mean it will last.

well there is one thing: in MMORPG thx to patches, and hints and tips expressed by players as well as official forums the game can be shaped, don't forget the funny farming to clear quael thas island in 4 steps.
Anyway Arthas according to blizzard will be more present along the game than Illidan since the first levels. They perhaps even create some monthly or season invasion by Scourge and Arthas against capital cities, who knows, after all they must introduce new things to stay at top level

if the movie is in this animation that would kick butt...
anyone notice how Lich King's helmet looks a little like Sauron's helmet from LotR? (not accusing Blizzard of plagiarism, just noting slight similarities)
and i also agree that real actors would ruin the movie..the acting wouldnt be as great...if they do a Forgotten Realms movie with real ppl, and someone played drizzt do'urden i would not watch it b/c only animation like this can capture certain motions
