I was at that game, White #11 didnt kick him, he just lifted up his foot. But the kid totally tackeled him.

As others have said, you have a personal foul for the hold while the players were on the ground. Then you'll have a flagrant technical foul and ejection for the kick. Where was the partner when this occured? And even with that, it seems as though the calling official still saw the kick but wasn't quick to get in there and break up the action.

I'm going to say atleast 3-4 fouls should have been called.

black #50 gets a personal for holding, white #11 gets at least an unsportsmanlike foul (i think that's the european name for the flagrant foul), absolutely no need to do such a thing when the ref has blown his whistle & the ball is dead.

you have a personal foul on the black player for the hold and you have a flagrant technical foul on white number 11 for his actions and he should be disqualified from the game. In that case, the blame should be put on the other official who should be watching the players as the official reports the foul.
