Aired several years ago late night on OLN. Yes, It's 100% REAL!

You laugh now...juuuuuust watch!

There has been a lot of speculation that the product voiceover (NOT the voiceover at the end telling you the number, just the one describing the product) is Mike Rowe, of Dirty Jobs fame. It really, really sounds like him, but I don't have any confirmation one way or the other. I'd love to get said confirmation, so if you know a way to do that, give me a shout. This probably isn't the sort of thing that will show up on his IMDb.com page.

I don't remember what show I was watching that fateful late at night on OLN, but I do remember the first time I saw The Wunder Boner. It started out like any other late-night mini-infomercial, but my brow soon furrowed into a confused expression when they revealed the name of their product. And by the time the rotund fisherman muses that his wife would "like that", I was stunned. But who would believe me? Since this was before TiVo, before YouTube, hell, before I had a DVD player, and since I knew this was indeed the Greatest Commercial Of All Time, I grabbed a blank tape and threw it in the VCR. My thumb poised on the red "REC" button, waiting. Finally, after the four hunting shows OLN was rolling out there between 2 and 4 a.m. that night, and let me tell you, they were FANTASTIC, I saw that little trout getting hooked while the fishermen cheered. As my thumb pressed down and the VCR began to whirr, I knew I had fulfilled my destiny. Or...maybe I'm taking this a little too seriously. Anyway, YouTube came along, but I was too lazy to convert the tape into a digital format...UNTIL NOW.
