Firstly you need to have purchased the wang cars building and completed the missions. once you have done that, any vehicles which are either in the wang cars building, or of the same make as the ones in the building can be modified in Wheel Arch Angels.

Are you sure you're taking the right car in?

If you have SA v1 or v3 the sound messes up when it rains.

I just beat this mission today. I bought the car shop after doing the end of the line mission so this was the last mission for me. Also, do you know the name of that car and if you can get it after this mission? I don't remember seeing it in the game and I didn't catch its name on the video or today when I was playing it.
