There is someone on the mattress behind the punching bag orchestrating the whole event. That's why all of the activity is concentrated on that part of the room, and not all over like a real poltergeist would have had the power to do.

I play with Quija Boards and not much has happened to me. My friends house is weird now, but nothing majorly wrong, never harmful things. Never play the board alone, that's just asking for trouble. Next time, trying having a few white candles to represent purity and holyness. Even if you don't believe it, there is always the truth of right and wrong. We all know that. Good luck!
