Man, everyone who works under USASOC admits that our basic infantry is not the best trained unit on the planet... Standards are pretty low right now, considering not many people feel like joining in the middle of a fucked up war... but our Spec ops branches (rangers, green berets, seals, PJ's) can hang with and outdo pretty much anyone...That's what I've experienced in my career so far... berets are the best, in my opinion... what exactly are you planning on doing in the aussie service? curious*
