Very nicely done video!! I am creating a quit smoking website and would be pleased to link to your video. I too, am an ex - smoker. It was very hard to quit smoking, but to anyone I will say it is far better to suffer from withdrawals symptoms that will pass rather than have your life crippled or killed from cigarettes. Nicotine addiction is no joke and sooner or later your number will come up.

I am in my 1st day of NO SMOKING, I was looking through YouTube and came over your video. Spot on, after seeing your Vid, I am determined to stop. Everytime I feel like a F*g I will look at your video and that I am sure will get me through. Thankyou
