    It would depend upon what voltage does the camera use.
    It gives a heavy shock but noi heavy that is like deadly, this is not deadly, but would hurt for sure. :P

    You can try it but lol keep it small, don't give like regular shock to some one, the thing you should take care is not to give shock on head else it is fun!! ;)
