some ads are very hypnotic, i must say. but no. subconscious is that part of our consciousness that we are not aware of...

i get it. just now. sunsilk is appealing to muslim malay girls on a subconscious level to use their shampoo. that's what advertisers do. it's a psychological tactic. the advertisers wants the muslim girls to picture their lives with sunsilk in it. it didn't matter that not a single strand of hair was shown because a muslim girl and sunsilk were in the same frame/picture.

i'm a moslem. i admit it was painfully stupid. pointless. unnecessary.

Girls who wear scarves use shampoo too, you know. Sheesh. Besides this commercial aired in Malaysia, where most girls wear the head scarf. And for those who wear it, this commercial is HILARIOUS!!! hahahahahaha. .

You only saw one of the girls showing right? Covering their hair is a kind of religion, but small amount of them do not follow. But most of them are still covering their hair.

Maybe you all don't know, Malay female in Malaysia cannot show their hair to other people except to their husbands, it's their Islam religion. But if you ask me why Malay model then I have totally no idea.

fragrances are a different matter. when you see a couple making out, followed by name and bottle of the perfume, there's that slight subconcious notion that when you buy that scent, you can also make out like the couple on tv.

i guess you can't appreciate the irony. btw,why would people sell perfume with a couple makin out?how does that sell the perfume,can u smell it?for crying out loud.
