This Super Cell has the size you want it to have. If for your application you discover you need more output, you can stock it up and make a larger cell.
The images in between on the video are from southern Switzerland.
This disign is just a concept I tried to see how it turns out and what can be done. If anyone has a proven better design to share I will gladly look into it if you send me a picture or a design.
The cell is of the type "dry cell", where the water between two plates does not touch the water between the next two plates, so there is no electrical dispersion.
The plates are out of 1 mm thick 316L Stainless Steel and the neoprene gaskets are 3 mm thick. Both have been cut with laser.
I have to find KOH to use as an electrolyte instead of baking soda.
You know it's nice to have all the money in the world and shop to do things like this. BUT in the real world we still get buy. 2 years ago I ask this ya hou what he would charge to roll 2 ss coils for me didn't even get a k@## back side.
By yar60 1246848457 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveGood thought, I think I will use only one normally closed Solenoid and have the gas flow running through a flow control set to a low flow rate, this will feed a smaller amount of gas to the motor at idle, as the cell build up pressure due to the smaller flow control orifice. Then as the accelerator is pressed the throttle body limit switch will close and send power to a single 12V low amp control Solenoid that will bypass the flow control,
Thanks Hydroginist
Just a Thought about your Solenoids idea
If they are for a starter they are for momentary usage as most Solenoids are. What you can use instead is a bank of continues duty relays some can switch up to and over 50 amps. These will not burn out as quickly and will have a longer life then your solenoid idea will
If you see any problems after I post my diagram or if you or others have any idea's let me know I'd like to use the power of the internet to improve my setup.
Thanks
I plane on having 2 solenoids, one for idle and one for acceleration and cursing speed.
At idle the first solenoid will deliver a smaller amount of HHO through a flow control this will cause the system to build up pressure, and at acceleration the system will switch to a 2nd solenoid with a full flow rate with a burst of HHO. I will be posting a ladder diagram of my control system.
I ran my 60 plate at 110Volts DC at 6 Amp's and I got about 3-6 LPM of gas.
My plane is to run an automated delivery system, the system will turn on with the key and if the controller sees oil pressure a timer will time out, this will give the o2 sensor time to heat up and give time for the HHO to flow. At this point the EFIE o2 control will adjust the motor to run lean.
I'd like to see your cell design at 60 plates 110 volts DC (Use a 30amp bridged rectifier) with a small amount of KOH mixed with filtered water and see what the out put will be... I plane on using my 60 plate cell in my auto, with a power inverter to go from 12 volts DC to 110 AC then run that into a 30amp bridged rectifier to turn it back into 110 DC.

Really usable affordable good stuff ready to use=direct results type of thing. One or two months.

Sonnige italienischsprechende Südschweiz Ja ich habe sodium bicarbonat Baking soda, für den rest sende mir eine email bin noch nicht so weit.

Thanks Spike for the calculations Yes it is a 12 volts DC battery I use for all the experimentation on my videos
AMOX
I will thank you.
It was planned but I do not know yet where to get it over here.
AMOX
I have to find where I can get it here in Switzerland and then I will use it. Since I hear everybody is having good results with it I will use it too. Thank you

Laser cut gaskets? I haven't seen such fabrication resources since I saw the Ironman movie. Do you need an assistant, Obewon?

perhaps if you use KOH as electrolite, you will get better production of HHO.
You are my champion!
Water jet, Stainless, "TIME" and you put a
And a lot of thought into the design.
Thank you for sharing!
exellent work i think everyone is following your outcomes i certainly are, have you thought of adding electronics to control the pulse wave? might be worth a go.
keep up the good.
its pleasure to see nice work

I would like to see your liters per minute on your other work.
Are you planning to make and sell kits?
hello
attention to detail, very good!!
you should follow the advice at hydroxy group and try to use the sodium hydroxide for better production...
great Swiss precision work, wonderful landscapes, and lot and lot of water...
love your country, admire you work, best in europe's HHO field.
nice work! keep us posted.

I knew you were one to watch on this subject. Been watching this idea and idealism blossom for some time. Your design concept and structure is number one in the top three I've seen so far. I am a very well traveled person, and remember your country well. I have seen and done many things, and this is the best example of self-sponsored people, from different countries, working to solve a conglomeration of global problems, that I think I will ever witness. 'Nuff said! Clear Skies, brother!
