This is a 3 tier simple white wedding cake for my friend Dani's niece. The cake was only supposed to serve 80 but I made it WAY BIGGER! This cake was not covered in fondant. The bride requested all buttercream. It was a HUGE challenge because I struggled to get the buttercream as smooth as possible. The bottom tier was chocolate, the middle tier red velvet, and the top tier was lemon. Yummy combo! The buttercream icing was all vanilla. I airbrushed the cake white and then airbrushed it again using Pearl Shimmer. The pearl borders were all piped using royal icing. This sucker was heavy but it was lovely and surely delicious! :) I wasn't crazy about the flowers on top of the cake but I guess it was allright! :)

    Thank you Rylan! I hope I get more wedding cakes too! The florist at the last second said she wouldn't be able to be there to arrange the flowers so she just left them there for me and left a picture of "what" it was supposed to look like... I tried my best! :)
