    Interesting! Torrents are nothing more than pointers (addresses in memory). That explains why it acts almost like a image file.

    You actually are though. No matter who is doing it, if its being done from YOUR computer that's registered in YOUR name, you're at fault.

    And people are arrested everyday for crimes they didn't KNOW were crimes.

    Like if you were speeding in an area where you didn't know the limit, and you get pulled over, whether or not you KNEW you were speeding, you still get the ticket.
