Tumbling

Wow, excellent video! I do power tumbling and I am getting close to doing a double back flip, but they are throwing doubles and going out of them with double and triple twists and stuff like full in double back outs. Absolutely amazing! I hope I get to be one of those guys one day! Man, just awesome!

i Used to do power tumbling until like 6 months ago when i saw one of the level 10 boys attempt a quad backsault , But he only made three and a half and broke his neck . I will go back but it has just knocked me about for some reason. he is now a t4 paraplegic .

This is floor in a different type of gymnastics called trampoline and tumbling look up trampoline olympics tumbling worlds and double mini worlds!!!
