If theyre naturally that size without so much fat they should stay the same because they are glands not fat... However i don't have proof of this so I kinda question that too.

By taepel [Affiliate User] 1221486855 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveMy pilates teacher is also a yoga instructor and she gave this great advice: when you lift your head up, try to let the top of your head head, almost in an imaginary arc rather than letting your chin lead the rest of the head up. It takes some practice but once you got it, it will elevate neck pain. Hope this helps!
