    That all really depends on if you can complete your reps/sets with a good clean motion. The best thing to do to work the deepest muscles fibers is to go up on your crunch (or whichever exercise) and push so you can feel it in the deepest part of your abs

    ive had abs since i started on school, u see, the whole schoolyard was occipied with trees, so i climbed on them every day , and like when i was 7 year old i had thos packs!
    and i cept on training and stuff, and whatever i did it didnt grow r sumtin..
    and i never stopd trainig but my abs just left..sort off..
    then i tried this S**t out, and it F**king works! ive got a little of that i had as a 7 year old back! ive been training for 3 months and i clearly notice the diffrence!
