    No, this gorgeous song was written by BARRY, who at that time was in the midst of a marital crisis and VERY distraught about it.
    I agree, Victoria's abandonment of Andy really DID(IMHO)help to weaken him and hasten his early death-at least as much as any other factors that came into play. Poor Andy.

    Seems to be alot of confusion about this song.
    For the record, it was written by Andy's BROTHER Barry, who at the time was in the midst of a divorce from his wife and was truly devastated about it. I've heard BOTH Barry's and Andy's versions, and personally think it's ANDY'S version that really shines with a beauty that positively GLOWS! Of all the Gibbs, for me it was ANDY who had the most utterly GORGEOUS voice!
