your all too serious, these drills are aimed at beginners. The improvements you're all mentioning would be applied to advanced swimmers.

By fulzfilms [Affiliate User] 1213562898 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveThough it seems inefficient, you should consider pulling your arms in closer to your sides to increase 'upward' propulsion so that you can 'jump' forward and have your 'push' to glide out of the water, reducing a lot of the problems with entering the glide, and actually increasing the rate of efficient turnovers.
I'll continue my analysis on my next post.
Overall her form is very good, and it's wrong of me to say that any of it is 'wrong', but there are some efficiency improvements. The 'Wave Style' Breaststroke is what MOST competitive swimmers have begun doing, it's currently the fastest alteration of the stroke.
I'll make my analysis on a series of comments. :)

You can only go so long underwater and catching a breath every 45-seconds before you get really tired. Maybe I'm just way out of shape, either way, i'm working on both.

Also, on the kick, the emphasis should be on heels coming to butt, not knees moving forward, as clearly this'll slow you down. niceeee
