To Smorphine: Pop quiz -- what's the definition of 'genius'? Not your definition; the psychological definition. By that standard, I would bet that Lilly is in fact a genius. Your downplaying her capability is not appreciated, but rather only serves to place you lower on the social scale of credibility. Perhaps, as with Mozart, you can show a higher capacity for learning, by appreciating the good in this girl and her parents.

I agree: if someone posts a video, he has to welcome all comments. I honestly think that 'Baby Genius' isn't the right concept here. It would be rather "Memorizing Baby" or similar. Mozart was a Genius. A genius shows an exceptional natural capacity of intellect concerning original, creative, imagination work. It's more than being intelligent, is being unique and innovative. Placing countries on a map isn't it. One can't be a genius at memorizing. Can be very good at it, but not genius

If you post a video then you're opening yourself up to critisism. Everyone has a right to post an opinion just as you have, thats the whole point of it. People have different views on posting videos of young children. You said yourself that this video doesn't serve a purpose so being as self righteous as u are, why u watching it?

Stop asking "why post this video of your child on the internet?" "why are you showing off your baby?".It's just A video to share with the world and entertain,just like every other video on youtube that doesn't really serve A purpose,So if you don't like it...move on and shut up!!

What is the arguing about?It's simple,she's doing something that the average 2 year old cant do,that's whats so amazing about the video,and for those who are talking about the parents "pushing" her..it's obvious that she enjoys this because she was taught to have fun while learning at the same time,something that parents don't do with their children often.
