Paint Shop Pro X Mask Tutorial

Thank you for these kind words. I wish I had other lessons to past on but looking at other tutorial on this site most of what I know has already been covered one way or another. I am pleased however that this tutorial has been a help to others like yourself.

An excellent tutorial of an advanced technique I haven't seen before. You explained it very well and paced your instruction so it could be followed. Many of the posters could learn from this post on the correct format for a tutorial, not just showing off their skills but providing instruction so others can learn from them. Thank you

Thankyou very much for your comment. I don`t think I know anything more than you do having looked at your tutorials, but it`s always good to share with others. After all that`s how I learnt.

I too used PSP 7 for a long time. It was the first paint package I had used and it took me a while to find out how powerful it really was. I have tried both XI and X2 trail but being old school I prefer to work things out for myself than use one click presets. X is half way between so suits me best. Look out for tutorials on both psp and photoshop and you will find that they all can be adapted to work for you.

Have used PSP 7 for a long time as it did what I wanted which was making animated signatures. Now figured out how to do in X. Looking around for tutorials on X I came accross your vid.... excellent. I would never have figured that one out without instructions
