i know a secret about this guy, he is not a man.. he is made by a computer called the turk and he was sent back here in time but he forgot his mission and started in bodybuilding,..

lol u wont become that big in the first place.. thats all proportioned drugs they take and diet etc.. to get that big.. a 5"7 male geneticly will reach about 180 -200lb of muscle naturaly.

As much as I love to workout, I would never want to be that big. However I have to admire the discipline of these professionals. I am in good shape.. abs etc, but to get to that size you have no idea what it takes unless you know how the human body works. I do, and that not only a true show of pushing your body to the limit... but a sign of what you can do with the right mind set.
