    Wow! It's about time you're back, Jolene, I have missed you so much! So I tried this recipe, it was..cheesy. I had bouts all day yesterday of explosive diarrhea & heartburn, and some hemroid trouble. Not sure if it's something I ate or a bug going around? lol..I ate so much of this awesome nutty beef casserole, I think I'll freeze the rest for company! :)) haha!
