I have been drinking this regularly and have not gotten a single cold of flu since.

It is more of a preventative measure, once you got a cold or flu it does take sometime to work its way out of your system.

Hey, it works for me and maybe it will work as well for you, some people mentioned making your own smoothies great idea, but too much work lol.

    I bet that could happen if you are already sick, it is more of a preventative measure. You take it when you feel the sickness coming on and it works!
