    When the cop first pursues her into the hallway she appears to have cloggy shoes on. While he is distracted in the other room she apparently had time to remove them and grab a staff. Onse unshod she can easily sneak up behind him and disable him with a few strokes. Her character a well trained martial artist, thus is quite comfortable attacking barefoot.
