Thanks for the response. But your missing the point of my satirical post.
Waylon started out as a Rock-N-Roller with Buddy Holly. In this clip he is tearing up Chuck Berry's Brown Eyed Handsome Man. As we all know, Waylon wenton to define his own brand of Country, some say "Outlaw" music.
Nonetheless, his roots (as well as Conway's, George Jone's, Cash, & probably a few others)are in Rock-N-Roll, as this video clearly illustrates.

I have a son named Dan (he is twenty years old now) and ever since he was a baby I would sing this song and change the words to "a brown-eyed handsome Dan"... he got so used to it and never heard the original song. When he finally he did hear the real lyrics he was about 11 years old and he said, "Oh I LIKE that!". I love this song... the harmony is great and Waylon could deliver a song sooo well.
