    a widow in a town who was famous for carrying a rifle to protect her honor.
    the one man was the local doctor(communist) who saved someones life. To thank him Sophia slept w/him. Later, an American/Italian takes it from Sophia(she liked it I think). In the end she is pregnant. But by whom? the movie ends w/both men shot down by facists. Sophia leans over the 2 crying to each: "you are the father."
    What is the name of this movie? I saw it on HBO in 1980. that was it...Does anyone know?
