superk21: I'm not talking about "bits and pieces" of the bible..The whole thing is filled with horror, and a nonsensical story about an impossible god. creating, then ending with the eternal torment of most of his creation.....Poor god, what a miserable failure........

honestly as cliche as this may sound most Christians won't be able to explain every piece and bit of the Bible because we don't know what God was thinking, doing, or planning we run on a Faith engine that doesn't necessarly gives these explanations to us. All I can tell you is that because of Faith God allowed those things to happen because he loves us, I know it sounds wierd but know one said it wouldn't...it's Faith.

This is my favourite Christian song. We used to sing it every morning at camp in the dining hall after breakfast and prayers. It has a special place in my heart but the 3rd verse is so powerful. Words cannot express what it does to my heart. Thank you Lord. You are my All in All!!!
