No offense mate but you look like a chicken trying to flap its wings. Bad form, make your arms straight in line with your shoulders when you reach the top, and try and pause for half a second or so when you straighten out, and dont flap your weights, bring them down slowly so your muscles take the stress, your letting gravity do a bit of the work here by letting the weights fall.
