  • not funny

This is obviously seizure activity, stiff muscles, serious spasms, the standing body posture, the hackles along his back.
If any of you saw a human having these same reactions, you wouldn't think that person was just having a dream, would you?
Please take the dog to the vet, he's not a nerd, he has a neurological problem.

  • This is seizure activity

This is seizure activity, not dreaming or sleepwalking....

The dog needs to see a neurologist. Clever editing on the one all over the news.

yes, dogs can do barking and twitching in their sleep, as mine, but no where near that. Also, will not be stiff legged afterward, that is post seizure behavior.........

At first I just thought maybe a little dramatic, until seeing this video.

Please get the dog to a specialist, or at least a second opinion.

  • This is without doubt, seizure activity

This is a seizure, as evidenced by the post seizure stare, stiff legged stance, etc.. This dog can be helped with medication. Get the dog to a vet who knows what he/she is doing. For more info on canine seizures, please do a google search.

    I think its fricking hilarious.
And which is more likely, the dog having the human equivalent of sleepwalking, or epilepsy that only happens when hes sleeping?? This looks just like what my dog used to do while dreaming, except more extreme. So relax.

Great owner. She waits for the lil guy to wake up completely from his sleep standing rather than startle him.

  • The dog in this ...

The dog in this video is having a seizure not dreaming. Dreaming dogs do not wake up stiff legged. The reason this dog is doing that is becouse some seizures can cause temporary blindness and the dog will stand still out of fear, confusion and lack of muscle control.
