If you embezzle 50 billion, you have a lot of power, and a lot of higher ups to protect you. The judge can't be a judge in that context, since the possibility would always be very real, that someone would pay you back for that judgment sooner or later.

The bastard should not be allowed to fraud $50 thousand without fair jail time, let alone $50 billion. That's insane just to think about. Some of the most corrupt men are older ones, because they play the system just like some ethnic of social groups. There should be a one-standard for all.
