Sry to say but this was bout 40 years ago and it was before the Islamic Revolution. This all ended in 1979 when the revolution started. Relations are very different now. However, today Iran is still very modern.

I'm sold. It's good to hear the Iranians and the Americans are developing a real liking for one another. I'm glad to hear the Grumman people have a genuine interest in Iran. Sounds like all will be well between the US and Iran for decades to come. I would love to live in one of Grumman's paradise cities. I think I'll try to get a job at Grumman.

With Iran on our side, how can one possibly worry? I just hope Iran doesn't disobey its master and seek to build a uclear bomb in the future, say, around 2005-2010.

I'm glad to see the Iranians are getting this plane. It'll help them turn away future Soviet threats that will come about in the coming 80s and 90s.

It's great the USA has a trustworthy ally in Iran and can trust it with these planes. All will be well in the middle east until 2025 at least!
