Hi Denelle--thanks for your comment! The cool thing about core strength is that it opens the low back too when done properly. I'm glad you're pain-free! xoSadie

Great videos =) I used to struggle with slight lower back pain as a result of a poor core strength. So easy to follow and well presented. Pain is no more thanks to these videos. I think im in love =)

  • Thanks!:) The abs ...

    Thanks!:)
The abs will shake--if it's really bad, though, try backing off with the movement a bit till you get to a place you can manage the pose a little better--put your hands down behind you, don't go so far into the motion, whatever. Then work there, and only move on if you feel pretty stable. Some shaking is normal. A lot means you're not quite ready yet for that moment, so work towards it more slowly.

hi, love these video's. I notice with the abdominal area work i get a bit sort of shuddery or shaky, and its hard to control. does this mean I'm trying to hard or should I just go with it?

  • Great! Just ...

Great! Just remember to keep your low back curving into your body as you work the abdominals. you don't want to undo the curve and cause more pain. Otherwise, rock it out!!
    Thanks for writing in!!
