  • god is right, he ...

god is right, he knows everything. he definitley knows 100% everything and he is 100% sure of everything. if you believe this, you wouldn't go against it, i know i wouldn't.

BUT i don't believe in that so I guess I don't believe in GOD.

I believe in what Buddha says, that is how I think. I guess I'm smart that way :)

Basically...no. I'm perfectly happy the way I am. I don't live in luxury, have fame, or anything like Deepak, but yet I'm happy. So for someone who teaches how to live a good and happy life, then he is not setting up a good example to people who don't have much.
And why are you defending him when you are so inadvertently mean? Maybe you shouldn't spend all day being an asshole...maybe?

  • Ever thought that ...

Ever thought that the God(s) that came from the "heavens" may have been a foreign (alien) civilization ? ..and throughout time people misunderstood the personifications of "God"?

these are questions I never see people asking.. ironically, they are the same people who think that we are the only ones in the universe and it's ridiculous to think we're not.. go figure.

    HAHA !

  • "Do not believe in ...

"Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it." -- BUDDHA

  • In my experience, ...

In my experience, the "God of Abraham" or the Occidental Christianity its a very basic view of what we call "God". I don`t say that the Bible its wrong, but the interpretation of our "religious people" its the thing that its wrong. The Buddhist view I think when deny the existence of God, its about the vision of a God like a ancient person in a cloud waiting for give or take happyness... this is the point of view that makes the Christianity a empty religion, sooner or later. Esoteric its better

  • The awnswer is what ...

The awnswer is what you believe! This is an experiment, a time and a place for the development of the soul. The soul is god and god does exist! Whether in atoms or in outerspace in a star. Those are one and the same. The people of abraham had god in that time and place in that "belief" God was manifested. Whether inward or outward god is the idea of god! Study up on some egyption religion since the star of david comes from there. And solomons seals!

Here is my question? Some buddist say god does not exsist through these deep meditations but they believe we are all attatched and we are all god. Edgar Casey, who was pronounced dead twice through deep medtation says god does exsist. jane Roberts in the Seth readings says he does indeed exsist. i can go on for days, i know about gnostics, christians muslims. But anyone thats been into the astral world or akashik record. Does God exsist???????? the god of abraham

  • Buddhism was NOT ...

Buddhism was NOT rejected in those countries (I'm am Indonesian) but was attacked by Muslim invaders. Islam condones violence for it's cause were as Buddhism is happy to give way and let things run their course.
Because of Karma and rebirth we have all the time there is. All people will eventually reach enlightenment. Open your mind and realise that the universe and time is far greater than the mere history that we humans have recorded.
