How do I make a custom prize request? You may request us to buy you almost anything. It can be new or used items, auction items, gift cards, etc. The store you request your prize from must be from your country (eg. Amazon.com (US), Amazon.co.uk (UK), etc.). When filling out the Custom Order Form, provide the exact link to the item you want. Then give a short description or name of what the item is. The total cost is how much the item costs, including shipping. (Free shipping only if the item qualifies for Amazon Prime) Select the correct currency and the system will calculate an approximate cost in points for your prize and deduct it from your account. Keep in mind the conversion to points is only approximate - official currency conversion is done at the time your prize is processed. The message area is to leave us any special messages regarding this prize. There is a 10 point minimum for custom orders, including the cost of shipping. This means your order must total 10 points or more after all costs. Amazon.com Merchant - Specify the seller of the item you want in the message area. Ebay.com - In general Ebay prize requests are difficult to fulfill as there is a delay between the time you submit a prize request and the time it's actually processed. The Product name is Montana Gold Series - Black 11oz aerosol can The total cost is 7.99 + 7.95 Shipping and handling so the total cost would be $15.94 the Currency for this Product would be USD (United States Dollars) And In the description box I would Put "The merchant of this Item is FineArtStore and this product is from Amazon.com" Also if the product has different colors or sizes mention that in the Description box. Since this one doesnt I wont mention it. And after that I just press submit and wait 0-3 days for them to process it and order it for me. It takes about 1 week for the package to come but at least its free. (P.S if you order from Amazon.com always check if the product is eligible for amazon prime. If it isnt eliglble it will say on top of the product name and if it is eligible it should say on top of the product name and if it is eligible then shipping is free and you can get your package within 5 days.) The Montana in this link is not eligible as you can see so I included shipping price in the total.
