Hapkido

Le Hapkido, art martial Coréen, « cousin » du Taekwondo correspond à un ensemble de techniques et connaissances en matière de contrôle sur les articulations du corps, les tendons, les ligaments et les muscles. Les étranglements respiratoires et sanguins, ainsi que les frappes directes sur les points vitaux du corps, forment un système complet d'autodéfense efficace.

Philippe Pinerd, technical advisor of the FFTDA and Hapkido 4th Dan, shows you a few technical fundamental elements of this discipline. Thanks to his long experience of practicing in South Korea, he presents Haki Sul techniques. In this first volume, Philippe Pinerd unfolds locks, falls, rolling, kicks, attacks of upper limbs, and release on grips. Hapkido is a Korean martial art, close to Taekwondo, and it includes various techniques and knowledge about body joints, tendons, muscles,etc. The respiratory and blood strangulations, as well as the direct strikes on the vital points, are part of a comprehensive self defense effective system.

HAPKIDO ist ein koreanischer Kampfsport, der mit Taekwondo „verwandt" ist. Hapkido besteht aus einer Gesamtheit von Techniken und Kenntnissen über die Kontrolle der Gelenke des Körpers, die Sehnen, Bänder und Muskeln.
