Yup, it's true that probably when you'll doing things fast motion, the opponent wouldn't have time to react to alot of things. thanks for the explaination...I'm practising most of the earlier exercises everyday so I'll just keep practising till I get better at it.

You cannot kick in that situation cause with the blocking, you will lose the balance if you rush to attack. Then, he will push and put you on the ground. Right after you're on the ground, the last thing you see is punches in your face. I'm sure you don't know much about Wing Chun

at around 4:17 when you got hold of his hands, what happens if he tries to kick you at that moment?
