Even as far as the Fed is concerned, it seems ridiculous to print money, cos even when the US govt pays it back the capital + interest, the $ is still being devalued so their 'return on investment' just consists of ever shittier dollars. So why does the Fed do it? Can someone explain this to me.

Hang on a sec. If you support all these US wars in Iraq & Afghanistan as well as their support for brutal states such as Israel and the Arab puppet regimes, then by definition you must support hyperinflation, because it is one of the ways to pay for the conflicts (as well as borrowing from China, Japan & others).
This is what gets me about Fox and other mainstream media. They howl about the devaluation of the dollar, but they support things like the 'war on terror' which leads to inflation, etc

Even if every currency in the world does it, it is still bad. People who have saved and retired or are on fixed incomes will be screwed. People with low/no education will go into extreme poverty. Crime will sky rocket. The founders of this country gave great warning to private banks controlling our currency. And because 90% of Americans believe everything they see on TV, we will soon learn why they were warning so strong against it. Ya everything is fine, this normal...ya right.
