yeah-i know there is worse than hitler. the point is-how quickly can our freedoms be taken from us? like was said before, people faught and died for us to have these freedoms. And clearly, we really arent free at all to say and feel what we want. Look at how many people boycotted the concerts? that doesnt sound like free speech to me.

I love this song, n i love the Dixie Chicks! They can say what they wanna, we live in the USA we have freedom of speech, We had ppl DIE for this country so that we could HAVE OUR RIGHTS and they have that right just like every1 else!

i love the chicks don't get me wrong and they can hate bush if thay want or w/e but they didn't have to share it with the public and if they wouldn't have then just think how many more songs they would have been and been so much more sucsessful!

The Chicks had the right to express their views,regardless if it was right or wrong, as long as they are registered voters in the US and they "Vote". It's unfortunate, that Nat's timing was a little off,especially at a time when emotions were running high in the US and Britain due to the troops being sent to Iraq. And to do it when in England?I still bought tickets to the "Top of the World Tour" and just loved it. This is one of my favorites from the Chicks.Great post!

I love the dixie chicks and there music,
and it just goes to show we cant speak our minds, without getting ridiculed. So in all honesty we dont have freedom of speech, we are supposed to think positive, AND BUSH DOES S**k , hes just another milestone america hit, and none of the other candidates for president seem any better then he is.
