Im not a good speller so go easy on me. One thing is that inst to much protine bad for your kidneys over time ? Ive read on this ,also that dairy insnt really good for us. Not only that but why not do things that you will always be able to do. Ive never seen any old guy doing the movements you do. Some of them look hard on the joints.

In the morning I eat 100grams 1 shake, and again after my workout, sometimes at night if i had a hard workout I 'll eat a third. I just can't get enough protien from meat sources. Whey is a real protien made from cow's cheese. thanks Blake Adams

I do use a bench once in awhile typically for tension workouts or negatives. Same with squats. I will do some ab work with wieghts too, but not normally. I like to keep every workout different, I get bored kinda easy so variety is nice.

I start with a 100grams of whey protien in the morning at about 8. I like 2 eggs on toast usually, water, and workout about 45 min later. After workout another 100grams of protein, late lunch subway, or home version. Nice southern dinner sometimes even fried chicken, fruit smoothie. I snack on bannana's and cucumber slices during the day if i need too. Sometimes another 100grams protien before bedtime. thanks best regards blake adams

wat do you think of the idea of doing exercises in time sets rather than numbers (ie not doing 2 sets of 15 but to sets of 1 minute)
ps its great to see a fellow traveller training in a local park, not only is it free, if you got a kid like me you dont have to worry about childcare

have you tried this one;
playgrounds usually have waist hight metal fences around them; I hold top of fence with my hands squat down low facing the fence: then keep jumping over throwing my legs up; left over one way; then right coming back making sure as soon as im over I explode back over the fence using all my body to propel me (1 minute sets)
